Shipping schedule:

We currently ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from zip code 56387. When your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from FedEx, USPS, or directly from us. If you have not received your shipping confirmation within a week of placing your order, please Click here to E-Mail so that we may check your order status. Include your Order # and name, and put the words "Shipping Inquiry" in the subject line.

For customer service issues on an existing order:

I have chosen not provide a telephone number online to avoid having it picked up by spammers and telemarketers. Customers who have completed the ordering process will receive a confirmation e-mail with a Customer Service phone number, should it be necessary to contact me by phone. However, the most effective method of communicating with me is e-mail:

Include your order number, and the billing name and address you used when placing your order. Failure to include this information may significantly increase our response time.

Regrettably, especially during the busy season, I no longer have the luxury of being free to answer everyone's e-mail inquiries with general trap use questions. As much as I enjoy chatting with my customers, my time is consumed with the manufacturing and shipping process. However, I realize that many of you will have questions about trap use. For your convenience in asking these questions, a forum topic on the DRST has been created where you can direct your questions to other seasoned users of our product. Offline payments:

For your convenience, we accept credit cards, Paypal, or Google checkout through our Secure payment processor. In addition, we offer several offline methods of payment:

  • Credit card by fax
  • Money order by mail
  • Credit card by mail
  • Credit card by phone

However, even if you wish to pay using one of our offline methods, we ask that you PLEASE follow the procedure outlined below and place your order through the shopping cart. On the last checkout page, you will see a drop-down box asking what payment method you intend to use. Choose "Phone/fax my credit card info" or "Mail money order". This will not require you to enter your credit card information online. (Detailed instructions are below for those unfamiliar with the process.) We thank our valued phone/fax/mail order customers for following this procedure, as it will ensure that your order is properly logged into our system, allowing us to serve you better. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a significant or indefinite delay in processing your order.

Detailed instructions:

  • Click the "Buy" link in the left navigation bar
  • Add the desired items to your cart.
  • If you wish to estimate shipping charges, then click the "Estimate Shipping" link at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
  • Otherwise, simply click¬† "Secure Checkout"
  • Fill in your Contact information, Billing Address and Shipping Address. Click "Submit".
  • The following page will present you with your total, including shipping charges. Select your payment method ("Phone/fax my credit card info" or "Mail Money Order") from the drop-down box.
  • On the confirmation page, you will see a link to a downloadable pdf file. Your Order Confirmation e-mail will contain the same order form, which provides a mailing address, fax and phone number for completing your order.

Phone orders:

If, for some reason you are unable to use the shopping cart to place your order, or you must place your order entirely over the phone, please E-mail a retailer and someone will contact you to take your order. Please note, this is NOT a general customer service inquiry e-mail address. In addition, we do not control the retailer's pricing structure or shipping charges, which may differ from ours.
